The consultation with the manager took 30 minutes, and the consultation with the director took 2 minutes. The manager was deciding everything, even the surgical area and method, so I said I'd decide after speaking with the director, and she very clearly showed that she was annoyed. And apparently you talk to the manager about the 'original' surgical method and approach, lol. The director's consultation was also really half-hearted, and as I kept trying to ask questions, he was already getting up from the chair and about to leave, so I just ended it there. There are so many clinics in Gangnam that are good at surgery that I don't want to get surgery at a place like this, so I'm definitely going to avoid it.
