I couldn’t consult with the director, so I consulted with the manager instead. Honestly, I didn’t get the feeling that she was kind. Since it was a manager consultation, maybe I just didn’t trust it, but I didn’t like it. It felt a bit unprofessional. For those of you reading this, try to make sure you can consult with the director at a time that works for you.
