Because the timing didn't match, I couldn't consult with the director and only had a consultation with the head nurse. There weren't that many parts that felt professionally convincing, so next time I want to make time again and consult with the director. I'm desperate to get the surgery done quickly, but I really don't want revision surgery, so I'm going to research carefully before deciding When I see people who just went ahead and had surgery, it ends up leading to revision surgery anyway. The consultation manager was comfortable to talk to, so I still had a pretty enjoyable consultation. Next time I'll have the director do it and leave a review.
