At first, you consult with the manager, then you meet the director. The manager seems nice, but the front desk staff are a bit disappointing.. Not extremely rude, but even when there are people around they just whisper to each other, so it feels like only the minimum amount of politeness? The director is more detailed in the consultation than I expected and seems very confident, maybe because of extensive eye surgery experience.
