I was worried because it had a history of changing its name several times, but I heard that they used to run it with other directors, then opened separately and changed the name, and after that they didn’t like the name so they changed it again to something trendier I saw the director being very strict with the staff and getting angry, so I was a little scared (maybe because a staff member lost the chart....). There were patients there too, but he was yelling so much that I felt embarrassed being there. But with patients he was extremely warm and kind, and he didn’t over-recommend anything. He has his own firm beliefs about surgery, so if a patient makes unreasonable demands, he makes it clear they can’t do that. He adjusts as much as possible without going overboard, and I’m satisfied with the result! He also spoke honestly about the outcome. If you just look at it, it definitely doesn’t stand out, and even parts that would only show if you scrutinize it closely could have been left unsaid, but he pointed them out anyway, and personally I was satisfied. I went back recently for a follow-up, and he greeted me warmly and checked everything, so I left feeling good. I’m satisfied with the surgery result, and I also had rhinitis surgery together with the tip surgery, and the columella incision from that healed well without a scar. You can’t tell at all.
