When I went in to consult about revision eye surgery, they just said this and that about my eyes and spoke hurtful words to the patient very easily They weren't kind, and they also didn't really provide a clear analysis It felt very commercial to recommend other areas in front of a patient who was having a hard time Even if the surgery doesn't go well, it feels like I wouldn't even be able to ask about aftercare The manager wasn't professional either and seemed to know less than me The hospital atmosphere was chaotic, and the people at the desk were too busy chatting with each other even though there were patients there
