I went late and had a consultation, and I consulted with a young director. They kindly consulted with me and explained well how the surgery would be done, but the people at the counter were talking to each other so much that they didn’t pay any attention to customers. Still, the manager was kind.

First, the doctor gave a good consultation. When I told them the line I wanted, they also suggested what needed to be added here. But the manager was not as good as at other places.. Maybe it was just me, but they seemed a bit annoyed.
