It's already been over 10 years since I had the surgery. At the end of 2007 to early 2008, I had buried double eyelids and inner canthoplasty. Two of my friends had procedures here, so I didn't even go for consultations elsewhere and decided right away. My eyelids were thin and there wasn't much flesh, so if I did incisional surgery it would show, and when I got older and they sagged, I could do incisional surgery then, so I went with buried sutures. I have fairly thick inner double eyelids, and when I asked whether an outer line would leave the existing inner double-eyelid crease, they said that level would disappear, so I had it done, but it stayed there exactly as before. After half a year the buried sutures came loose, so I had revision surgery. For the revision consultation, only the manager saw me, and when I went into surgery I met the director, who asked who had consulted me and said that this level shouldn't have needed revision surgery at all; ; I remember feeling anxious during the operation. After that, looking at how the buried sutures still haven't loosened for ten years, I think the first surgery really did use a weak hold. The inner canthoplasty was opened more on the right and a scar formed, and they said it would disappear with time, but the scar is still there, and they said the right side was shorter so they opened it more. I bought scar ointment for the inner canthoplasty, but after applying it once it turned red and itchy~~ when I said I couldn't use it, they laughed and said it couldn't be returned because I'd opened it. I remember wasting around 30,000 won. Back then I also wanted to do outer canthoplasty, but they said it would just stick back together so I didn't do it. These days I see people getting outer and lower canthoplasty a lot, so I guess the technique has advanced~~ It feels like it's time for another revision surgery. I wasn't satisfied with the process, but in the end it was my first cosmetic surgery, and it has still settled in well, so I'd like to say thank you^^
