The main director was kind, but when the procedure was being done, it felt chaotic. It was like they were constantly giving instructions to the coordinator and not focusing, just a messy atmosphere? Maybe it was only like that when I went. Since it was a simple procedure, they didn't mold it very carefully, and I got some pretty bad bruising, but thankfully it went away with time. Overall, the staff and their responses were kind, and the hospital atmosphere was good. They seem to like making the lips longer and are good at it.
