The main doctor was kind, but it was chaotic during the procedure. He kept giving instructions to the coordinator and seemed like he couldn't focus, so the whole atmosphere felt a bit hectic? Maybe it was just when I went there. Since it was a simple procedure, well.. they didn't do molding very carefully, and I got quite a bad bruise, but luckily it went away with time. Overall, the staff and response were kind, and the hospital atmosphere was good. They seem to be good at making lips longer.
