I had a consultation together with my mother, and she has spent over 10 million won here. Forehead lift, brow lift, eye correction, under-eye fat repositioning, cheek fat grafting, nose, and more. Even though so many procedures were being done, we couldn’t consult with a doctor. We only met the doctor that morning on the day of surgery. At this point, I’m very dissatisfied and the price is too high... and above all, communication here is impossible. My mother’s long-standing nose complex wasn’t corrected, and they only made the bridge higher. After the forehead lift, I can’t feel anything above the incision line on my forehead. When I asked when the sensation would return, they said it would take a year, and that it might not come back at all. When my mother asked why they hadn’t told her this before surgery, they said, “What’s the problem if the upper forehead has no sensation? What good is feeling there?” Even before surgery, since the procedure list was so long, I asked from the side whether doing so much would cause side effects, but both staff and doctors seemed busy giving vague answers instead of proper explanations. I will never go to this hospital again. Please take this into account if you’re considering it.
