I haven't had any cosmetic surgery yet. I don't have any complexes about my appearance, but for aesthetic improvement I was considering eye and nose surgery, and while I was visiting well-known clinics for male cosmetic surgery, I was going around and comparing options. I arrived about 10 minutes late compared with my scheduled appointment time, but the waiting time was neither especially long nor especially short. There weren't many customers waiting in the lobby, and personally, I liked that from the moment I walked in. The places I had consulted at generally had a lot of people waiting in the lobby, and at the longest I once waited about an hour just for the consultation. The funny part was that the consultation with the director itself took less than 5 minutes. Anyway, at Jaejun the consultation order was manager -> director -> manager, and before the director came, the manager explained the overall details. The director's basic attitude was a little different from other places. He was thorough in his explanations, but in general there was a sense of manners in the way he spoke and acted. For the eyes, he showed me several line options and gave me choices, and it seemed like his style was to adjust to what the patient wants. (He also said I could choose whichever surgical method I wanted, between non-incisional and partial-incisional.) For the nose, since I hadn't had a CT scan yet, I got a consultation focused only on aesthetics, leaving out the functional side. Since there was still filler left in my nose, we decided to check again on the day of surgery, and I was able to hear about the main framework, such as the materials to be used and the surgical direction. Come to think of it, at other clinics, the usual order was to get a CT scan before the consultation, but at Jaejun it seems they do the CT on the day of surgery. I think that has both pros and cons for patients. As a benefit, if you're not getting consultations at only one place, having to get a CT every time is a hassle, so it was nice to save time. (I had already had several consultations, so it was a bit of a pain for me too.) As a downside, for patients who haven't decided on surgery yet, I think the issue is that you can't have the consultation while looking at the CT results. (If this were your first consultation clinic, it might feel a little disappointing?) Cost-wise, it's also fairly reasonable. Even though I don't mind much if the price is high as long as the result comes out well, compared with other clinics, this was definitely not a loss in terms of cost either. The director's consultation ended a little abruptly toward the end, probably because he had another surgery scheduled, but it was fine since I heard all the important explanations. After the consultation with the director, the manager summarized everything for me. They also gave a comprehensive explanation about safety and CCTV access, and I felt a slight difference here too compared with other clinics. Specifically, they clearly explained until when the CCTV footage can be viewed, and also about proxy surgery and paid doctors, which no one else had explained that clearly before. (Actually, things like proxy surgery are also a bit awkward for patients to ask about first.) Overall, if you're going around to get consultations, I think this is definitely a clinic worth visiting.
