The consultation memories of this hospital left a really good impression. First, the consultation director who comes in to see you is very kind and skilled. I felt very comfortable talking with the director, and the basic background explanations were accurate and detailed, so I thought it would be a great place for someone having a first consultation or someone without much basic knowledge. It was also very good that they proactively emphasized things patients may worry about, such as having an anesthesiology specialist on site and opening the CCTV anytime within a month if requested. The price explanation was given item by item, and I liked that they organized everything in a booklet so I could look back at it later. It also did not feel salesy at all. The facility was clean, and when I went there were quite a few patients who had already had surgery. There was no waiting. I had my consultation with Director Kim Giwan, and he explained things in great detail compared with many consultations I have had, so I felt I could trust him. I have worked at a hospital myself and met many doctors, but he was very kind. The consultation lasted about 30 to 40 minutes, and I learned a lot about surgical techniques I had not known before.
