I went there through a recommendation and got injections in my legs. The explanation was given once by the manager and once by the doctor! Every time I went, they checked my weight and gave the injection, and the very first time I got the shot, they explained the diet plan like a lecture, so I had to pay close attention. It seems like diet plus injections work best. However, even if you make a reservation, there can still be a waiting time, so it seems better to go when you have plenty of time.
