I had it done 6 years ago, and for something I did without properly researching, the result wasn’t bad. It doesn’t become dramatically like a doll line, but the line is cleaned up naturally and the face definitely becomes smaller. However, the symmetry on both sides isn’t exactly perfect. I’ve just lived without any major issues, but it’s hard to strongly recommend.
