A very long time ago, I had semi-permanent eyebrow makeup done. I went there on recommendations from people around me. The practitioner was professional, and the color didn't stay reddish or anything like that, it was clean. Since so many people around me had eyebrow semi-permanent done there, it was fine~~~~~
