They told me my face would be more effective with liposuction than with two-jaw surgery. I told them I was worried about my cheekbones, and they said liposuction could be effective too, not just bone surgery. (I have a thin body, but when you press my face, it's a fleshy face with no areas where the bone presses straight through.) Seeing a review saying it wouldn't be effective and that they recommended against it makes me think they were being really honest!
