About 10 years ago I had nose surgery with autologous dermis. At the time I had a bulbous nose, but that part did not improve, so I was dissatisfied and later had another surgery at a different place for nostril reduction and lowering the alar base. Because I did several complex procedures at 2 hospitals rather than a revision surgery, I don't like the shape now. In the end, I'm looking into a full revision at another hospital. Ah, when they use autologous dermis, they take it from the inner side near the crease of the buttocks, and the stitched scar remains long. It has been over 10 years, and my girlfriend keeps asking me what that is.
