I had surgery with my own dermis in 2015. My nose got higher and I was satisfied with the side profile. Since it doesn't get shaped as sharply as silicone, it has a somewhat blunt look, but it was natural and I liked that it didn't look like a fake nose. The manager, staff, and doctor all have a family-like atmosphere and are really kind.
