I didn't do it myself, but two friends had nose surgery and fat grafting here. It's expensive. One person had filler stuck and had to have it scraped, and wow, it was surprisingly expensive. But both surgeries turned out really well, so when I asked for a revision nose surgery too, they said there was nothing to do and didn't do it for me Then when I said it was crooked, please do it again, they told me not to because it'd just get crooked again. So I said I wanted to make a pig nose and that it was crooked here, and they called me greedy and asked why I'd spend money on revision surgery for that So I didn't do it. My two friends, who used to be incredibly kind, became insanely nasty I thought plastic surgery was supposed to make people nicer.
