I had my final nose revision surgery here after three revisions. The director seemed certain, so I felt I could trust him. But it seems like he recommends costal cartilage quite a lot. Maybe because it’s the material he’s most confident with. Anyway, I was satisfied right after the surgery, but a year later the shape of my nose changed. So I went back, and he said he would do revision surgery again and didn’t brush me off. He explained things kindly, which surprised me and moved me. Of course that should be normal, but I’ve seen so many hospitals that completely change their attitude and wash their hands of you... But the manager who was there before was truly rude and unfriendly. Without saying anything, they changed me to a different manager on the day itself, and even the day before or on the day of surgery they just sent a text message. Anyway, I remember feeling bad because of that person. Even if I like the director, there are many hospitals I don’t want to go to because of the managers working there...
