I had surgery when they were at ㄹㅇㅌ. When I told them I hoped I wouldn’t get the common D-shaped scar that often remains after back/lower canthoplasty, they said it was a pulling method rather than an incision, so it wouldn’t be left behind, and I went ahead with it. At the same time, they said that right after lower canthoplasty there could be entropion from overcorrection, and that it would resolve in about 3 months... but my overcorrected eye didn’t come back up as much as we had discussed, so I suffered from entropion for nearly 2 years. Now, many years later, it’s better than before, but I still have a slight entropion. *I don’t remember the surgery cost exactly, so I wrote it approximately.
