Several years ago I went for a consultation, and they took an X-ray and photos from various angles and seemed to give an objective consultation based on that, but besides putting an implant into the nose, they recommended a lot of different procedures such as osteotomy and paranasal area-cat surgery. But as I listened to the explanation, it also seemed like those were the procedures I needed. However, I didn't want surgery that extensive, so I didn't have it done here. And I remember they recommended costal cartilage a lot, but I had no intention of using costal cartilage, so I think the direction just didn't match me very well. And I remember the price was extremely expensive.
