I had heard about side effects from injections that dissolve filler, so I went to ask about removal. The coordinator wasn't especially kind. They seem to be famous for doing a lot of difficult filler removals, mostly for middle-aged patients. The doctor felt kind of fatherly? Because removal can leave scars and the recovery period is long, he first recommended dissolving it at the clinic where it was originally injected. He honestly told me that since it was a filler that can be dissolved, I should try dissolving it first and only proceed to removal if that doesn't work. I liked that he was straightforward. I wasn't recommended surgery, so I don't remember the price ㅜㅜ If you got a non-dissolvable filler or if removal is difficult, I think it could still be worth a consultation.
