I talked a lot more with the consultation manager than with the doctor. They recommended skin care rather than the surgery area I asked about. There wasn’t any detailed explanation about the surgery. The answers to my questions weren’t very clear. The director was extremely busy, spoke quickly, and seemed rushed. Even when I tried to ask questions, they didn’t really listen. I went with an appointment, but the waiting time was long.
