They measured me with a ruler and then used a PPT to explain the surgery method. The recovery cost was cheaper than at other hospitals, but because the post-op shape wasn't the direction I wanted, I didn't consider surgery after the consultation. The hospital was clean, and the staff were appropriately kind.
