Prices are probably much higher now, but a few years ago when I had it done, I remember it was cheap because of a promotion. It was sunken in a hook shape, but they filled it in completely and rebuilt it into a normal eye shape really well. The doctor looked cold, but was actually kind, and that stuck with me.
