A coworker had revision nose surgery here with dermis. Other people said their nasal bridge got lower and had to do it again, but my coworker had a high tip and a low bridge, so it actually looked more feminine and pretty to me. I think it differs from person to person. She says she had no side effects and recommends it, but I'm worried because I don't have much of a bridge.
