I had surgery 2 years ago at this hospital using autologous dermis and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I'll just state the facts. It was pretty for only the first year, and after that it kept being absorbed and became blunt, and the ear cartilage also started to look unnatural, so I'm planning to have the silicone and ear cartilage repositioning done again. The scar on my buttocks is also left in an uncomfortable way, so for now I can just put up with it, but later I don't even know what I’d say to a partner, and that’s really awkward. If possible, just keep living as you are, or go with silicone.
