The consultation manager is extremely kind. Since it's a one-doctor clinic, it seems more trustworthy than factory-style hospitals. They seem to take pride in using autologous dermis, and I think that also makes it more credible. They said they use multiple layers of autologous dermis, not just one, so I definitely want to visit and get surgery there.
