I had a consultation and felt that it was ethical because they didn't recommend surgery. The facilities were about what you'd expect from a normal hospital, and all the consultation staff were kind. I probably plan to think about it a bit more before having surgery. The director is a little blunt, but if you ask questions without being bound by time, he answers everything in detail.
