Unlike other hospitals, they looked closely inside the nose with a camera, and for a contracted nose like mine, they said they would do surgery after giving injections and medicine for 3 weeks to relax the skin tissue and mucous membrane. I really liked that part. My nose is already short and small, and on top of that it has a long-standing contracture, so it's a completely hopeless nose + inflammation inside and the skin has hardened too. Among the hospitals I have consulted so far, almost none explained in detail how they would do the revision surgery for the contracted skin tissue, so I felt very trusting. They said I would come every day for a week after surgery. Because it's such a severe contracted nose, they said the shape might change a little over time or that additional correction might be needed. They said they would use autologous costal cartilage for both the tip and bridge. If the cost is burdensome, silicone would also be okay. And if I do go ahead with the surgery, they said to allow a generous 6 hours. For contracted-nose + autologous costal cartilage surgery, they only schedule one case a day and said the director would pay close attention, which made me trust them. The price was 9.55 million won total, including 3 injections + surgery + pain-free injections after surgery. That was also under the condition that I post my nose photos on Babitalk, Gangnam Unni, and Fox Ya. That part seems a bit tough. They said secondary correction and inflammation would be treated later at no extra cost. Honestly, among the places I consulted, this one was the best, so I'm thinking about just leaving a deposit.
