I visited after deciding on a revision surgery because of a snub nose and contracture nose. Even though I arrived a little early, they started the consultation early too, and it was a pretty long consultation, about 40 minutes? They identified the problem right away, then I consulted with the doctor while checking the expected result in a mirror. They were just professionally good. The manager was kind and asked which other clinics I had been to. There was no pressure to reserve, and when I said there were more consultations waiting, she actually told me to finish everything first and contact her later lol. Most places give you a bigger discount if you book on the same day, but that wasn't the case here. I decided to have the surgery because the reasonable price, kindness, and frequency of follow-up visits all appealed to me.
