I consulted here through a friend's introduction. At first glance, the clinic looked a bit small and didn't seem especially great. But the kindness and consultation time were among the best! After experiencing rude managers, deposits, and lack of detailed explanations at a few other places, I as a shy person was worried, but here the manager answered everything all the way through, so I think I asked about everything. I was told they do a lot of post-op care and that I'd see the doctor many times after surgery. They emphasized that it's customized to the individual, and said they use autologous costal cartilage well, so I left a deposit!
