I went there because someone recommended it, and the waiting time wasn't long. The manager really thought through my concerns like they were her own, and there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit. The director only said what was necessary and didn't bring up unnecessary things. They clearly explained what couldn't be done, and kindly explained the side effects too
