I had PRP injections 11 times and then had surgery, but maybe it's case by case, because I got inflammation right after the surgery tooㅜㅜ They said they would do another columella incision after 10 days to remove the implant, but when they opened it, it seemed fine so they didn't remove it, lowered the implant, shaved autologous costal cartilage, and sutured it. Right after the surgery I felt sleepy and kept feeling like bugs were crawling all over me ㅡㅡ Because of the inflammation, the nasal tip became dented. When I took the splint off after a month and a half, it was pinched and dentedㅜㅜ I cried so much. After that, the swelling kept going on, and the nasal tip kept feeling tight, with frequent swelling and pimples on the nose and bridge ㅡㅡ They even did cleaning and an inflammation test, but said there was nothing wrong. But the condition kept getting worse. After suffering for a year, they said they would do AS for me, so I trusted them and had 5 more injection treatments. Then when I went to discuss the surgery method, since I kept saying it felt tight and painful, they said they thought adding tissue from the buttocks would be safer, but it would cost an extra 3.8 million for materials ㅡㅡ They also said they could remove the rib again and do the whole thing with autologous costal cartilage, but if inflammation happened after surgery, they couldn't take care of it. Since I already used autologous costal cartilage, removing it all and adding dermis would be too much ㅡㅡ On the CT, the bridge implant was floating and the silicone had moved to the nasal tip, and when I asked if it wouldn't just break through, the manager said that after checking the CT with the director, that wouldn't happen. They said because the inflammation made it shrink and get pinched, doing it again would fix it. When I asked what would happen if I didn't choose one of the two, they said it would just be the end ㅡㅡ The fourth surgery, which I believed would be the last, ended up opening the columella twice and the columella scar is severe tooㅜㅜ I have so much pain that I think I still have inflammation, so how could they do this kind of thing? Where can I get compensated for the money, time, and pain? I endured for a year on psychiatric medication, and my current condition is exactly the same as before. It's all true. I'm scared, so I'm still thinking about whether to do it or not.
