The clinic is on the smaller side, and the director explains things in a calm, gentle way. The director doesn't really do long consultations on their own, so I think it would be good to bring a list of questions. The manager consultation is actually longer. It seems like a place many people go to for revision surgery, and they seem to handle autologous costal cartilage a lot.
