The chief director explained everything kindly and well. It felt like he explained the nasal function for about 30 minutes from the start. Having an anesthesiology specialist there was reassuring too. The consultation manager was kind, but I didn't really feel like she paid me much attention. I was very satisfied with the consultation with the doctor.
