I’ve already had nose surgery 4 times..ㅠ The first nose surgery made my nose too low and small, so I had revision surgery again, and after the revised nose surgery, the tip of my nose somehow turned up (not contracture, the tip lifted because of another surgery) so I redid only the tip with costal cartilage. After about 2 years, the tip area of the nose that had costal cartilage became sharply pointed like a beak, (if I took a photo, it looked completely like an arrow nose and the nose was crooked) so in the end I decided on surgery againㅠ It’s not that I’m addicted to plastic surgery, it was just a very low nose, I simply wanted to have a normal nasal bridge... Somehow I ended up being someone who had way too much surgery.. It’s not just the money, but taking time off work, recovering... and getting on the operating table again, at some point I got so scared and hated it.. I really thought this would be the last time and had surgery at Byeol Plastic Surgery, not with obvious implant-based surgery, but with autologous dermis surgery. So far after the surgery at Byeol Plastic Surgery, I’m very satisfied. The nasal bridge is autologous dermis + the tip is septal cartilage. Since it’s autologous dermis, the nose is still kind of puffy? but I actually like that ㅎ They say the degree of resorption differs from person to person, so honestly I am a bit worried, but I’m so glad the costal cartilage at the tip doesn’t look like it could burst through the skin at any moment. I really like that.
