The biggest thing I felt when I went for a consultation was this: The director here seemed overflowing with pride in his own skill and confidence in the surgery, but because of that, the kindness level really drops If the director had been kind only, I would have felt like I could just go with this hospital without much worry, but the reason I'm hesitating about this hospital is that I'm worried if it doesn't go well and I need revision surgery, the director would still be unfriendly then too, which is what's making me hesitate
