I do not have much fat in my face overall, and after getting buried double eyelid surgery 16 years ago, I have been worried because of hollow eye sockets, so I wanted to ask whether I should get double eyelid surgery again or whether I could just fill the eye hollows. They said double eyelid surgery would be much more effective, and they also asked, "You do not want a big-wheeled eye surgery, right?" and mixed in informal speech here and there, which upset me. They absolutely do not recommend eye-hollow fat grafting. The reason: the fat will not be distributed evenly, so there are more side effects, and if it fails, revision surgery becomes even, even, even harder. In the end they recommended double eyelid surgery, but since I mainly open my eyes using my forehead muscles, they just told me to get botox in the glabella and go home lol. The informal speech plus the overly businesslike attitude rather than kindness made me just leave. Still, since they are said to be a hospital in Gwangju that pursues natural results, I was tempted because the procedure cases were very appealing.
