The doctor's modestly confident demeanor made a great first impression. But the manager who handled the consultation was a little disappointing.. If they had been a bit kinder and remembered a little about me, I might have trusted them more and it could have helped me decide to have the surgery. And I liked the private atmosphere of the clinic
