I was examined by someone other than the chief director. Maybe because they are very proud of their own career, I strongly felt that they were trying to proceed with surgery according to the manual. It was hard to hear detailed explanations about analyzing each patient's body type/specs and about the implants suited to them, and I was startled by the counseling manager's sales pitch for the most expensive implant and the attitude of not really accepting the patient's opinions.
