The managers were all very kind, and I liked how systematic everything was. They explained the consultation clearly in a way that didn’t feel uncomfortable, and if I had any questions they answered them well and explained everything clearly. The consultation with the doctor also wasn’t rushed; he explained things well, even showed me examples with the implant cc I was worried about, and recommended what fit the chest I wanted. - The doctors working in the operating room felt cold; they were blunt, and even their eyes just felt cold.
