I didn't get treatment here, so my expectation is 3 points. When I went for the consultation, the whole hospital felt dark and somewhat classy? I met the manager first, then the director. The director showed me several cases and explained the surgery method after looking at my chest condition. They listened to what I wanted and were kind. I didn't do it here, but after seeing a acquaintance get it done here and do well, I thought it wouldn't have been bad if I had done it here too. When I went to pick up that acquaintance, it was late, but the staff stayed and helped with guidance. It doesn't seem like a hospital that just abandons you.
