First of all, I found U&U after looking around for a breast-specialty clinic with as few doctors as possible. It was one of the five clinics on my list. I wanted to be treated by the chief surgeon no matter what, so I chose Director Kim Gi-gap. When I first walked in for the consultation, I liked the luxurious interior and the private feeling, and the managers greeted me and were very kind. I liked that men weren’t allowed in. The consultation fee was 10,000 won, and the waiting time wasn’t very long. Later, when I took the elevator, I remember the place was divided into three sections: consultation center, surgery center, and aftercare center? I liked that too! After the breast ultrasound, the consultation with the director started, and from the moment he came in, he smiled and treated me very kindly. He checked the circumference and explained things while showing a PPT. The implant size recommended by most clinics was the same as what was recommended here. From reviews and other places, I had seen claims that they always recommend going bigger, over 400 cc, without exception, but when I actually went for the consultation, I didn’t really feel that at all. It was nice that I could try the implant in the bra and try on clothes. At the time of fitting, it looked too rocket-like, like hmm... but now that I’ve actually had the surgery, it’s fine. They didn’t force me to choose a specific incision site for Motiva or Mentor, like under-breast fold or periareolar; I was told all options were possible and it didn’t matter. Even if I left after just the consultation without deciding on surgery, they gave me a free aftercare kit and a book written by the director, so I could take it home and read it. There were no review discounts, only same-day booking discounts! Originally, when I was researching on my own, U&U was lower on the list and I was more drawn to other clinics, so during the in-person visits I focused more on those and listened to their consultations. But after the consultation, U&U became my first choice instead. I made the decision after considering kindness, expertise, and everything else, and in the end I’m very satisfied now and it turned out cleanly and well. I’m satisfied with both the shape and the size. After surgery I checked the CCTV in full, confirmed the image quality was good, confirmed my face showed up well, and confirmed it was Director Kim himself. There was no extra charge. The manager in charge was very kind, and I liked that they always answered my questions kindly by KakaoTalk as well. The hardest part was that I was assigned the non-pain-free option instead of the pain-free one... I suffered in pain for 2 weeks. Because I had almost no cleavage before, a lot of dissection had to be done in the cleavage area, and my cleavage and upper stomach hurt so much for 2 weeks, but now they’re nicely gathered with room for one finger inserted neatly. I’m very satisfied with how pretty the shape is now. It’s a full D to E cup. I’m planning to diet too, so I’m very satisfied with getting this result, and the shape is really pretty. Because my lower breast fold was very deep, they said there was no chance of bottoming out, and if capsular contracture complications occurred, everything would be possible to address.
