The hospital atmosphere feels like it has a premium, private vibe and not a factory style... but somehow there is a slightly clumsy feeling. I read the hospital description saying that they try to preserve privacy and avoid overlapping schedules so patients don't run into each other's faces as much, but on the surgery day and at every follow-up visit, I ended up seeing a lot of other people's faces. The consultation itself was really good, but later on the service started to feel careless. I came here out of all the places I visited because the consultation was so good, but as time went on the service lost energy and became messy. Because the consultation was so good, I think my expectations were high. Maybe this is just how it is, but I went to the follow-up visit without even knowing what they were checking... And the assigned manager is available 24 hours, but their replies always come 2-3 hours later even during the day, so I can't bring myself to ask questions easily. Something felt a little off during the consultation and afterward too? And I've never received aftercare from the assigned manager. I haven't even seen them in person after the consultation... Still, whenever I did meet them, they always seemed professional. Also, from the very first consultation, I asked to see the CCTV footage at the post-op visits and said I wanted to see other review photos, but I couldn't see the before-and-after photos during the consultation and I didn't get to see the CCTV until much later at a follow-up visit, after I brought it up again. On YouTube they said they also give disposable verification tags, but I didn't get those separately either... It makes me wonder if they only care about what is visible to first-time visitors. The doctor in charge of my follow-ups is probably busy, but he is very kind and professional, just incredibly rushed and brief. And instead of having a separate basket for putting on and taking off the gown, they put it back into the cabinet. I wonder if other people wear what someone else wore and then someone else wears what they took off... And they emphasized unlimited aftercare as something like AS during consultation, but looking at reviews, there was a case before where they ignored a capsular contracture issue. I've already had the surgery, but I hope it has improved?
