I went for a consultation because I watched their YouTube and felt like I could trust them, and the satisfaction was high too. In my case, they said autologous costal cartilage was absolutely necessary and that using donated rib cartilage was absolutely not okay, and they said it clearly, which made me trust them. The manager was also very kind, and the staff were very kind!
