The manager and the hospital staff were very kind. The director had just finished surgery and looked a bit tired, but even so it was clear they were trying to explain everything sincerely. For the nasal tip, they said autologous costal cartilage absolutely had to be used, and because it was a contracted nose, autologous costal cartilage with its strong support was better. For the bridge, they said to use silicone or donor dermis. They said silicone would look prettier in terms of shape, but since the nose had already had silicone once and developed contracture, they would open it up and, if it was severe, use donor dermis. They said any unevenness or bumps could be adjusted later with injections from the outside after surgery, and that they would use laser treatment for the incision marks. Overall, the staff and the manager were all kind, and their sincere consultation left a strong impression. I still haven't decided on the surgical materials, but if donor dermis is acceptable, this hospital seems pretty good.
