It's a one-doctor clinic, and maybe because there were so many consultations and surgeries, the director seemed busy. Still, he explained the necessary surgery details well during the consultation and answered all of my questions. He didn't say that I absolutely had to have surgery, and when I asked about possible side effects if I did have surgery, he told me everything, which made me trust him.
